Here is what is expected of each and every member, as we are bound by the love of Our Lord and Living Savior Jesus Christ.

To protect the unity of the church:

       By acting in love toward other members at all times

       By refusing to gossip or act on hearsay

       By following the church leaders

To share the responsibilities of the church
       By praying for my growth and New Salem’s
       By inviting others to attend New Salem
       By warmly welcoming all those who visit

To serve the ministry of the church

       By discovering my gifts and talents

       By being equipped through my studies and by my pastor to serve

       By developing a servant's heart

       By attending church service, church school and bible study faithfully

       By living a godly life

       By honoring God with my tithe and offerings
